Returns
• We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, swimwear, lingerie, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
• We offer exchanges for size or color within 7 days of delivery.
• If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
